She has several years of extensive, progressive accounting experience as part of the executive management team at BGT Inc., Senior Director of Finance at the American Heart Association and Controller, Rockland County Association for Retarded Citizens and Director of Finance at the Institute for Family Centered Services. In these capacities, she completed managerial accounting projects such as budgeting, grant writing for DJS and DHHS, disaster recovery and cost modeling within the framework of multiple program designs. She supervised Accounting, Finance, IT and HR teams. Highlights of her career include:
- Setup of Accounting systems and software conversion
- Participation in rate setting for the North Carolina DHS (successfully arguing for the allocation of administrative overhead in SAMH contracts)
- Design of a new compensation model for 350 frontline staff based on revenue and collection goals.
She continues to serve as consultant to the CUFI board in Canada, Bethel Gospel Tabernacle and Royal Diadem Church in the United States and South Africa. Sola’s passion is the creation of effective Strategic Plans and Business Operational Plans to stimulate growth and maximize profitability.
Frances Okolo's experience spans more than 24 years of public and commercial accounting. Her vast exposure and skills serve as a basis to provide outstanding service to clients with various accounting and taxation needs. She enjoys working with people; Frances emphasises the creation of sound bookkeeping systems, preparation of financial statements, income tax planning & preparation and business consultation. Prior to joining this practice, Frances worked as a Chief Financial Officer in the healthcare industry for 12 years. Her greatest professional achievement is the rapport she’s established and maintained with her individual and business clients. They depend on her and she thrives on exceeding their expectations. Frances Okolo received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Benin in 1984. She is a member of the American Institute Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountant. She holds the prestigious designation of CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant) with the AICPA.

Serving the Washington DC area since 1994, Steve has experience working in senior positions with major national accounting firms such as Grant Thornton and Mendelson & Mendelson. Currently, his global clientele and area of concentration extends across several industries including, but not limited to Churches and Not for Profits; Cooperatives; Professional service firms; Restaurants; Construction and Government contractors. Steve has experience in re-engineering, downsizing and litigation support as well as Accounting systems conversion.

Ayo is an IT professional working with internatinal corporations and has acted as a consultant to the governments of Ghana and the UK. With over 20 years proven leadership and project management capabilities , he has helpedclients translate management objectives into technical, functional processes, cut IT costs, design workable strategies and build efficient IT teams. Prior industry experience includes shipping, healthcare, retail, churches, banking and accounting. Some highlights of his career:
- Lead Developer, development and maintenance of an Enterprise-wide Scheduling system installed in over 6,000 healthcare facilities worldwide.
- Initiated and implemented the adoption of Object Oriented Prrogramming meethodologies in the core of mainstream applications; Department for International Developmentt, London, England
- Implementation of Accounting system funded by the World Bank for the govenrment of Ghana, Accra
- Design of Donor Tracking system for 25,000 member church using Clarion, RAD tool
